My journey into movement began early, through performance and expression.

 

Years of acting and competitive dance shaped my understanding of the body, not just as a medium that moves, but one that communicates, adapts and performs.

 

For nine years, I worked in management consulting. A high-pressure environment that taught me the value of release.

Movement became my reset.

The one place where noise disappeared, where I could reconnect. With focus. With clarity. With myself.

 

Today, I work globally as a master coach, teaching across different continents and educating instructors across multiple disciplines.

 

As Head Coach at Spark Zurich, I lead and develop coaches at the highest level.

 

My approach is rooted in body mechanics:

how the body moves, evolves, and sustains performance over time.
